Sale: Based on acceptance of a provided quote.
Payment: Due in full at time of order placement. We accept PayPal, cash, or check (must reside in Colorado Springs).
Shipping: Cost included in provided quote and based on customer location. Please supply your address and phone number prior to order placement so we can provide you with an accurate cost. Our default method is USPS and only within the continental U.S. No charge for customer pickup and hand delivery.
Returns: All sales are final. Returns are only allowed due to damage caused by All Joy Jewelry or a result of carrier handling. Replacements are at the discretion of All Joy Jewelry.
Taxes: Customer is responsible for paying taxes. Currently, they are not included in the sales amount. This is subject to change.
Ring Sizing: Customer must specify, in writing, before order acceptance. If you don’t know it, and you reside in Colorado Springs, contact us and we will assist you. Another excellent choice for assistance would be a local jeweler. There are also websites that offer instructions on determining your size (Click here to go to site). Skin/Allergic Reactions to Materials: We make our jewelry from silver plated flatware (occasionally sterling silver or stainless steel) and our earring hooks are typically made of surgical stainless steel. With that said, we cannot predict or take responsibility for any skin or allergic reactions to the metals used that may occur. Please contact us with any special requests and we will do what we can to accommodate any special needs you may have. Additionally, in rare occasions you may experience discoloration on the skin under the ring. This is due to an issue called “Metalic Abrasion” which occurs when tiny metal particles rub off your ring, necklace, watch, or bracelet. A dark black substance is formed on your skin. The culprits are typically lotions or oils used on skin, sweat, or chlorine from a pool. Yates Jewelry offers some insight into this issue at (Click here to go to site). Character and usage marks: Flatware items used to make jewelry are vintage and typically at least 20 years old. Before transforming them, we clean and polish both the flatware and the finished item seeking to bring out and enhance the beautifully carved details within each pattern. However, because they are vintage, some character and usage marks may remain.
Customer supplied materials: We reserve the right to determine acceptability for use. All rejected items will be returned to the customer as received. Return shipping costs are customer responsibility.
Customer supplied items: Customer supplied items will be purchased from you at time of order acceptance and then charged back, without markup, in the final invoice amount.
Scrap: We take great care to avoid scrap, but at times it is unavoidable. With regards to customer supplied materials, we will reimburse you for the cost we purchased the item from you.
